An Institutional Member is any accredited higher education institution or non-profit focused on higher education that partners with the network to support leadership development for its faculty and staff.

Institutional Membership is open to accredited higher education institutions and non-profit organizations focused on higher education in Southern California. Member institutions gain access to exclusive leadership development programs, networking opportunities, and discounted event rates.

How much does Institutional Membership cost?
The annual membership fee is $2,500, payable on July 1 each year. This fee covers all faculty, staff, and administrators at the member institution, allowing them to participate in events and programs.
How does an institution become a member?
Institutions can join by submitting a membership application and paying the annual fee. Once the fee is processed, the institution will appoint an Institutional Representative (IR) to coordinate engagement with the Network.
What is the role of an Institutional Representative (IR)?
The Institutional Representative (IR) serves as the official liaison between their institution and the ACE Women’s Network.
Their responsibilities include:
– Recruiting and encouraging faculty/staff participation in Network events.
– Representing their institution in the Advisory Council.
– Supporting leadership initiatives and mentorship programs
Does an institution need to renew its membership every year?
Yes, Institutional Membership follows the fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) and must be renewed annually to continue accessing benefits.
