Expectations and Responsibilities
Time Commitment:
- 2-4 hours total per election cycle, including reviewing candidates and coordinating the nomination process.
- Committee meetings: Three times per year, with additional time dedicated to outreach and review during nomination periods.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the board to ensure leadership roles are filled with qualified candidates.
- Identify and nominate candidates for leadership roles, including the Board of Directors.
- Ensure a transparent and fair nomination and election process.
- Communicate with prospective candidates and build interest in serving the network.
